TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: 9/18/2025
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
QuickSiteSolutions (“Developer”) provides custom website design and development services. Services include:
Website design based on Client specifications.
Demo version for Client review before final transfer.
Up to two (2) revisions during the demo phase at no extra cost.
2. SERVICE OPTIONS
Option 1 – Client Pays Domain & Hosting
Client is responsible for purchasing and maintaining their own domain name and hosting plan.
Client must have a paid Squarespace (or equivalent) plan to host the site.
Developer is not liable for any functionality lost due to Client’s hosting or plan choice.
Client has full control over website editing after transfer.
Option 2 – Developer Pays Domain & Hosting
Developer purchases and maintains domain and hosting.
Client receives a 14-day trial to make edits directly.
After trial, all edits must be submitted to Developer, up to five (5) per month, at no additional cost.
Client understands that failure to pay Developer for website services may result in suspension or removal of site access.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
Full payment is required immediately upon transfer of the completed website.
By using our services, Client agrees to pay in full according to the chosen service option.
No refunds are available after website transfer.
4. OWNERSHIP & TRANSFER
Developer retains ownership of website designs and files until full payment is received.
Once paid, ownership of the final website transfers to Client (subject to chosen hosting/domain option).
Developer may retain a copy for portfolio or marketing purposes.
5. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client must provide all necessary content (text, images, logos) in a timely manner.
Client is responsible for selecting the service option that best fits their needs.
For Option 2, Client acknowledges they will not have full admin access after trial, and all edits must go through Developer.
6. LIABILITY
Developer is not responsible for:
Third-party hosting issues, downtime, or breaches.
Content uploaded by Client.
Edits requested beyond the agreed limits (Option 2).
7. TERMINATION
Client may terminate services before signing the Website Creation Agreement.
Once the Agreement is signed, Client is responsible for payment in full regardless of project completion or satisfaction.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with California law.
